Environmental Policy
Gille Hrabal recognizes the environmental impact of its operations and accepts responsibility accordingly. Measures to reduce environmental burdens are identified, implemented, and monitored across business processes. Examples include: gradual introduction of electronic case files; reduced business travel through online conferences; increasing the share of electric vehicles as company cars; printing only the first page of a digital message where possible; double-sided printing where possible. Employees are instructed to save electricity and heating energy and receive guidance on environmental matters. We comply with all environmental laws and regulations and actively discuss sustainability topics to drive continuous improvement.
Anti-Corruption Policy
Gille Hrabal operates honestly, honorably, with integrity, and in compliance with domestic and international laws. All transactions are duly recorded. Our personnel officer acts as ombudsman and central point of contact for suspected corruption, ensuring confidentiality and protection of whistleblowers. Internal control is ensured through the four-eyes principle in almost all operational processes, including transactions.
Supply Chain Responsibility
Gille Hrabal accepts its responsibility within the supply chain. To ensure transparency regarding economic, environmental, and social aspects among our suppliers, we value direct personal impressions, especially abroad. In addition to email-based self-disclosure, we regularly visit cooperation partners in person. If deviations from desired standards (environment, labor, human rights, occupational safety, anti-corruption/anti-bribery) are identified, they are addressed and corrective measures are taken where necessary. New sourcing decisions consider compliance in these areas.
